How the evidence is counted
The offline verifier scans the selected rows from eight official September 13–20 business-day files using exact decimal arithmetic. Each of the 12 market totals is compared with its own captured API counters and opening/final timestamps. These are matched statistics windows, not assumed full contract lifetimes. Two fresh September 21 book responses independently reproduce the original discrepancy. The preserved primary files establish a 100× difference in this field; the data do not establish fictitious executions or a public headline consuming it.
